The Iguazu Falls are simply incredible. Photographs don’t do the falls justice – you need to stand before them to understand the sheer scale of the falls, to hear the roar of the falling water, to see the clouds of spray and to feel the immense power and energy of the water.
We did a boat ride that takes you right to the base of one of the falls, and you literally have the water falling onto you – no chance to keep dry. Then we walked the three different routes – lower, upper and the Devil’s Throat. Each of them showing spectacular views of the falls from below and above. Incredible, simply incredible.
